Intellectual property

All elements on the site (text, illustrations, photographs, PureSpec visual identity) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction without prior authorisation is forbidden. The makes, models, engine codes and colour codes referenced are the property of their respective manufacturers. PureSpec is not affiliated with any car brand.

PureSpec is a trademark filed with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). Any use or reproduction of the trademark, its logo or a similar sign without prior written permission is prohibited.

Personal data (GDPR)

Information collected via forms (account, order, contact) is necessary to process your request or order. It is kept for the time strictly necessary and to comply with legal obligations (notably accounting). You have a right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of this data, exercised by email at contact@purespecshop.com.

Email left before ordering: if you enter your address at checkout without completing it, or ask to receive your design, we use it to send you your design and, at most, a single reminder. It is kept for 30 days unless you order. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time at contact@purespecshop.com.

Cookies

Without your consent, the site only uses strictly necessary cookies (sign-in session, language preference, cookie choice). If you accept audience measurement, we also use Vercel Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: visit statistics and anonymised recording of browsing (clicks, scrolling), to understand what gets in the way and improve the site.
